Sales Manager - China (ShenZhen)
Key duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans- Onboarding new partners and increasing YOOZ market share
- Coaching, motivating and leading the sales team - setting and measuring team KPI’s
- Forecasting and reporting on sales activities and results
- Continuously grow the business by hitting growth targets
- Provide reports and sales forecasts
- Management of CRM system to optimise data and leads
- Liasing with the support team to ensure a smooth installation process
Key Requirements:
- B2B Sales and management experience- Experience and knowledge of the vaping or FMCG industry - ideally, you’ll have previously supplied to the industry and have an established network
- Have previously performed managerial duties within a sales function
- Have excellent communication skills
- A consultative sales approach
- Ability to use initiative
